The web site http://www.caribbizbrokers.com is for use by Caribbean Business Brokers and associated brokers and agents to advertise businesses for sale and other investments. Other sites and advertising methods are used to generate visitors to this site. Inquiries are now invited from all areas by sellers of quality businesses. Private advertising is also available.

Business Requirements
1. More than 3 years old.
2. Full financial statements available to qualified buyers.
3. A reasonable lease of more than 3 years with an option to renew or
4. Title Deeds or Registration to the property.

Further Considerations
1. Can someone live off the business income.
2. Is the business in debt?
3. Is the price reasonable?

Please note: If your business earns you an income of US $20,000 per annum the circumstances that you would get over US $80,000 for it are remote unless you own the real estate. Most small businesses sell for less than 3x cash flow (lease). Or to put it another way a buyer expects to pay off the business in around 3 years depending on the condition of the business and assets.

Anthony Todd or an agent of Caribbean Business Brokers will visit your business if practical. If it is not immediately suitable to visit your business due to the distances involved we can still list your business with your assistance. At some point a representative will visit to verify the details.

Terms are non-exclusive for listings outside of Antigua and Barbuda. Terms for Antigua and Barbuda are sole and exclusive. The listing period is 12 months.

Brokers and Agents

Qualified Brokers and Agents can share on a 50/50 basis provided no more than one agent is already involved in the process. The 50/50 split implies equal work for equal pay. No referrals or other payments are available to non-professionals.

Advertising Rates

Available for those that do not wish to engage the commission services of a broker but would still like to advertise their businesses for sale. Cost is US$ 2,000 per annum in advance. Includes a web page with details. Leads provided directly to the advertiser. Contact: ant@caribbizbrokers.com.
